My Story
Menantic Creek was founded by Ben Chandler with a simple but powerful idea: businesses thrive when they’re led by hands-on operators who understand their DNA. My career has been about solving complex business challenges, leading teams, and driving real results. I’ve spent years working in strategy and operations at a Fortune 100 company, where I helped scale teams, improve efficiency, and optimize the customer experience. That’s why I launched Menantic Creek: to take the skills I’ve built in business transformation and leadership and apply them to a company with a strong foundation, dedicated employees, and untapped growth potential.

Performance - Profitable and Proven
We target businesses with up to $1M in EBITDA or SDE, strong margins, and a history of steady performance. Our ideal investment has healthy cash flow and a solid foundation to build upon.
Industry - Stable, Essential, and Durable
We look for businesses in recession-resistant industries with recurring revenue, high customer retention, and steady demand. Whether B2B or B2C, the company should have a strong market position and a clear competitive edge.
Owner Situation - Leadership Legacy
